Caring for Children, Always
We understand that divorce and custody matters can be stressful for families. While we care for children in these situations, we do not take part in custodial, separation, or financial disputes between parents. Medical care for the child always comes first, and these matters should remain between parents. Both parents have access to a child’s medical records unless we are provided with a court order that states otherwise.
All copays, coinsurance, and deductibles are due at the time of service and are collected from the parent or guardian who brings the child to the appointment. We do not bill for copays. If insurance cannot be verified before the visit, the accompanying parent will be responsible for the total visit cost at that time.
We understand that schedules can be busy, and we’re happy to help reschedule when possible. However, missing or breaking three appointments may result in dismissal from the practice. This policy helps us ensure timely care for all families who need appointments. Emergency care will still be provided for a limited period following dismissal.
Yes, we welcome families from Warner Robins and the surrounding Middle Georgia area, including Centerville, Kathleen, Bonaire, Byron, Perry, and Macon. Our clinic is easily accessible for families looking for comprehensive pediatric care close to home. If you live nearby and are searching for a local pediatrician, you’re welcome to contact us to schedule an appointment.
